Refund policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging when applicable

Sale items, accessories, jewelry, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Because our inventory can be limited, we cannot guarantee that a different size or item will still be available when your return is processed.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
